The Lewd Tunes are a 7 piece Galway wedding and corporate party band from the west of Ireland. We may be based in Galway, but we travel the length of the country from Dublin to Cork, and Donegal to mayo, you name it, we’ve been there! Consisting of vocals, powerhouse brass section, guitars, bass and drums, we produce a very polished sound for you to boogie on down to! We have a wealth of experience in the music business with some members in the band having played with some of the biggest acts on the scene including The Commitments, Jerry Fish and The Mudbug Club, The Black Magic Big band, The Andrew Strong Band, Imelda May and The Stunning to name but a few! We are based in Galway, but we travel nationwide and beyond, for weddings,corporate events, civil ceremonies, birthdays and any other event you can think of.We have provided entertainment for over a thousand weddings in 15 years and we have been chosen as the entertainment for such events as The Galway International Oyster Festival, The Volvo Ocean Race, The Galway Races, Clarinbridge Oyster Festival, NBCRI Ball, Barnardos, The Manuela Riedo Foundation, Hand In Hand, Tiny Dancer (a song for Lilly Mae), and numerous multi national company summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
