RTÉ Cór na nÓg was founded in 1987 and consists of 65 specially auditioned children aged 10-15. The choir provides expert musical training and is keen to emphasise the enjoyment of music-making as well as the hard work and commitment required by its members. Their unique relationship with RTÉ leads to varied and exciting performance opportunities with regular broadcasts on national radio and television and collaborations with artists of the highest calibre.
