Hailing from Inishowen, pianist and fiddler Ella McGrory is deeply rooted in Irish Traditional Music. As the daughter of renowned Donegal fiddler Róisín McGrory (née Harrigan) and niece Paul Harrigan, Ella has been immersed in the rich musical heritage of Inishowen from a young age. An All-Ireland Fleadh-winning musician, Ella has performed and taught across the globe, most recently at the prestigious Festival Interceltique de Lorient in France. In 2021, she and her sister Deirdre released an EP titled Loinnir. She is currently in trad band, ‘3 on the Bund’ who tour extensively across Europe.
