Arcwords are a four-piece, Dublin based band. After meeting as students in BIMM music college, Arcwords have spent the last three years drawing upon post-punk and math rock styles to create a guitar-driven, hook filled sound. Arcwords combine influences such as Bloc Party, TTNG, the Smiths, and Everything Everything, to bring something new to the indie rock table. The 5th of April saw the release of their single ‘Toughen Up’, a catchy and exciting debut, showcasing the punchy but accessible sound that the band have honed. ‘Toughen Up’ is available on all major streaming services.
